IETF Expertise
Over the past 4 years I have made significant contributions to the IETF. I am one of the most active authors in the Transport Area. My major contributions have been in the pre-congestion notification (PCN) and congestion exposure (ConEx) working groups. I was one of the leading figures in setting up ConEx and I was also actively involved in setting up the multipath TCP (MPTCP) working group. I have also contributed to the TCPM and TSVWG workign groups in the past.
